What is CCTV analytics and how is it different from normal CCTV?
Normal CCTV only records footage for you to review after something happens. CCTV analytics uses AI to read the live video feed and automatically generate data and alerts — such as footfall counts, opening/closing times, or unauthorised access — in real time, without anyone needing to scrub through hours of recordings.
Is customer footage or facial data stored?
No. Facial recognition used in the Anti-Theft Package is processed in real time only and is not stored, keeping the system aligned with Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
Do I need new cameras to use Analytics?
In most cases no. our software connects to your existing CCTV system through a decoder and processes the feed through our analytics engine, which is secured on Google Cloud.
How are alerts delivered?
Alerts can be routed to your team through the app, email, SMS, WhatsApp, walkie-talkie integration, or an on-site alarm — whichever channel your operations team already uses.
